Policies
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. Any remaining balance is due in full on the date of installation or pick up.
Cancellation Policy
Any deposit will be refunded in full with the exception of a $25.00 administration fee provided we have received cancellation notice in writing at least 45 days prior to the installation or pickup date. Deposits are non-refundable within 45 days of the installation or pickup date.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required on all orders either in the form of a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) imprint or a cash deposit (based on value of order).
Damage Waiver
We offer our customers an optional damage protection on every order. The damage waiver is 8% of the entire order and covers the first $100.00 of accidental breakage and 50% thereafter. The damage waiver does not apply to lost items or damages due to negligence. Please ask for details.
Pick Up and Delivery Policy
If an order is being delivered, it will be delivered to ground level only. Additional charges will be levied if articles are to be carted up or down stairs, on elevators or more than minimal distances. This policy applies to all rental equipment including tents. On an order where Big Top Tent Rentals is not installing a tent, an additional charge of $30.00 will apply for delivery and $30.00 for pickup of such items when delivery/ pick up is required. Out of town deliveries are subject to mileage charges. Additional mileage expenses where overnight stay is required.
After Hours Delivery/ Pick Up
Additional charges may apply when delivery or pick up is required outside of normal business hours.
- Asphalt charges do not include plugging the holes. If you require the holes to be plugged this can be done at a charge of $3.50 per hole.
- The customer is responsible for any required permits.
- Tent prices are in effect from April 1 - October 31. An additional charge of 50% of the posted rental rates will apply to winter tent rentals. (certain conditions apply)
